Digital is not always beneficial

Nowadays, technology plays an essential role in our modern life and it shows people a more efficient way to do things like research, job hunting, banking etc. However, despite how far technology has taken humans and no matter how convenient it may make things, there are some disadvantages living in a society which is called "technologically civilized". Some of the most common disadvantages are listed below.

1.      Dependency
As technology advances, people are more likely depend on computers, gadgets and other forms of technology. This means that humans become almost disabled when encountering computer malfunctions. The distinct disadvantage causes us to become less self-reliant.
2.      Game addiction
Gaming becomes an addiction when it takes your control on yourself. It happens when you misuse money, behave strange, eat irregularly and mismanaged time. It also affects your social life and personal hygiene.   
3.      Software Piracy
Making multiple copies of software program and bypassing the activation keys or registration to grab a full access without ownership or legal rights is known as software piracy. Only the licensed users are allowed to make copies of the software program for data backups. Software piracy is illegal no matter how you look at it.

4.      Internet Fraud
Using the Internet access to take advantage of others; for example, stealing personal info which is also known as identity theft. It can be committed through email, chat, and websites or in any viewable internet sources.
